Who We Are

The Southeastern College Art Conference (SECAC) is a non-profit organization devoted to the promotion of art in higher education through facilitating cooperation among teachers and administrators in universities and colleges, professional institutions and the community served by their institutions.

Conference

SECAC fulfills its purpose in part by sponsoring an annual fall conference, hosted by an institution of higher learning. The conference provides members with a forum for the exchange of ideas and concerns relevant to the practice and study of art.

Publication.

The SECAC Review is published annually.

April 20, 2010: Deadline for paper proposals
August 1-September 20, 2010: Register for conference at lowest rate
September 20-October 10, 2010: Register for conference online
October 20-23, 2010: Annual Conference in Richmond, VA.

Membership.

Membership is open to all and is renewable on an annual basis beginning the month of application and payment.

Dues are:

$60 for individuals
$50 for retired members
$25 for students
$125 for institutions

Payment may be made by check or MasterCard/Visa.
